Lincoln, NE – HTI Plastics, a leader in the injection-molded plastics industry, is accepting applications for open position of Tool Room Manager. This position will oversee all aspects of HTI Plastics in-house tool and die shop.

The person selected for this position will be tasked with providing direction to the tool room staff, managing multiple projects, working with outside vendors and resources, create training programs and implement new machining processes among other duties. The person in this role must also adhere to HTI’s quality and safety systems and standards.
HTI Plastics’ in-house tool and die shop set it apart from a majority of other injection molding manufacturers. Having this in-house capability allows HTI to design and build more robust tools, with a focus on quality and manufacturability. It also allows HTI to provide preventative maintenance prolonging the life of the tool.
