Lincoln, NE  –  PCE, Inc. Plastics Division is pleased to announce the recent addition of Tanna White, who was recently hired to the new position of Training Manager.  Tanna joins PCE from her previous role as Manager of Client Training at Brightstar in Omaha, NE. During her 4 years at Brightstar, Tanna led a team of 4 trainers, researched selected, and implemented a new Learning Management System, launched a Subject Matter Expert program to drive increased accessory sell through, developed and modernized all repair, product, and sales instructor led and online learning courses, and consulted with other Brightstar regions and clients on the conceptualization and development of a customized training solution, among other projects and responsibilities. Prior to taking the position with Brightstar, Tanna taught onsite and online communication courses for several universities and community colleges in Iowa and Nebraska over a 6 year period.

Tanna earned her BA from Wayne State College in Speech Communication and Spanish in May of 2007 where she graduated with honors. After completing her bachelor’s degree, she immediately continued her education at the University of Northern Iowa where she received her MA in Communication Studies with a concentration in Organizational Communication.
