HTI Plastics is pleased to announce its recent hire of Irina Avanesov, who will join HTI as a Project Manager. In this role, Irina will work closely with our engineering, quality and production groups on tracking projects, as well as communicating project status to our internal and external customers.
Irina comes to HTI Plastics with close to five years of experience as a Project Manager. Most recently, Irina worked as a Project Manager for TELCOR, Inc. and NeHill Inc. In those positions, she led projects to implement, integrate and test Medical Laboratory software, as well as train customers and provide customer support. This background has helped Irina to make an easy transition into her current position with HTI Plastics.
“Recently we have restructured the roles of department at HTI to better serve our customers and to accommodate growth. As part of the restructuring we added a Project Manager position within the Engineering group,” said Chris Reed, Engineering Manager at HTI Plastics. “Irina stood out to us during our search, and in the short time she has been with us, Irina has already made a strong impact and fits well with our culture. We are very excited to have her be a part of the HTI team.”
Irina was previously employed at HTI Plastics, working in assembly 15 years ago, a year after she moved to the United States from Tajikistan. She earned her bachelor’s degree from Nebraska Wesleyan in 2012, and is fluent in English and Russian. Irina is sure to carry on HTI Plastics reputation for superb customer service and products of the highest quality.
