Our new injection-molding machines arrived this week. Both presses are made by Sodick, one being a 40 ton press and the other is an 100 ton press. With the addition of these two new machines we now have injection molding presses ranging in size from 40 to 1,800-tons.
The new injection-molding machines demonstrate our commitment to staying on the cutting edge of technology, always evolving and producing products of the highest quality in a variety of industries. Our long list of capabilities has now grown even longer.

Automated Material Handling System
The material handling system allows us to be ‘hands off’ with material conveyance. It runs through a manifold system connecting to each mold press. If this was not an option, we would have to park a large box of material on each machine. Each molding press also has an automated mixer to ensure accurate blend ratios and distribution consistency. If this was not an option, we would have to manually weigh out additives, material, and then mix it by hand.
